Angry Duex Plus monitor not working when connected to MacBook Pro

I have installed the appropriate drivers but it should not be necessary because I should be able to just plug the USB-c cable in and get it to work but it still doesn't. How can I get the monitor to work if it will not power on by plugging in or by installing the drivers? What step am I missing?

The 'Duex Plus' monitor you are using does not appear to have DisplayLink USB video technology inside of it. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to help you.

Based on the information available here --> https://www.mobilepixels.us/pages/do...95794d86&_ss=r it appears that the monitor uses Magic Control Technology.

I would suggest contacting the monitor manufacturer directly for assistance.
