Default Upgrade advice

We have an MS teams project going which required installing 10.2 drivers using the MSI across the enterprise. We now are shipping 10.3 as the latest (DisplayLink_Win10RS.msi) and would like to get all units up to the same version but I am concerned as initial testing shows HP Image Assist doesnt see this update, Windows Update doesnt see it either (I understand this is from it being installed via MSI) and simply running the 10.3 MSI doesnt seem to touch the 10.2 either according to Programs list.

So what is an enterprise supposed to do with these drivers? Uninstalling the old and then reinstalling is going to be a nightmare...

For clarity, all units are either Windows10Pro 21H2 or Windows 11 Pro 21H2. I do have Ninja and Absolute available to do scripted installs (we did the initial push via Ninja when Teams began rolling out).

DisplayLink has several knowledge base articles related to corporate deployment of the DisplayLink driver here --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...ate-deployment

Based on your description, I would suggest starting with this article --> https://support.displaylink.com/know...oftware-within
