Default IOGear issues with 2 cards connected

I have 2 x IOGear external DVI GUC2020DW6 connected to my macbook pro. When i have a single display connected, the monitor works reasonably well, but when i connect the second, both monitors start lagging 2-3 seconds behind window movements. This problem only occurs some of the time and I had no issues with 1.7 on OSX 1.6.8 so this is a regression. Do you have any pointers on how to proceed?

They monitors are directly connected to my machine so hub bandwidth isnt an issue. Ive also tried killing all instances of DisplayLinkManager and that doesnt help either.

Are you still on 10.6.8 or on Lion now?
