Displays Not Working

Hi,

I have followed all your various items to trouble shoot my issue. Since my laptop upgraded to Windows 8.1 I cannot get the displays to work. The USB ports work fine and the Display Control Panel shows the additional display to be there but it is always blank. I've upgrade everything to the latest. Attached is the troubleshooting tool output file.

I'm afraid nothing in your logs show any indication of our device being attached. If there are no 'USB Display Adapters' in device manager then you probably have a hardware fault.
