Unhappy Windows 8 Issue

I purchased a Sabrent USB-3HDM on Friday. Hooked it up to my Samsung np700z5c with Windows 8 Pro and everything worked fine all day. Then today it doesn't work. I installed the latest DisplayLink drivers and updated my NVidia drivers. The DisplayLink support tool says it can't find any devices connected. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall drivers many times. I've attached the logs from the support tool.

Help please, thanks.

No input? Do I have a bricked device I need to RMA, or what?

Hi,

Please see the wording at the top of this page:

I'll get to this issue as soon as possible.

Thanks,
James

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I went to Sabrent's site and they said in some circumstances that the provider of the circuitry would be better for support, but that may have been just for drivers. I came to this site through google searches.

Regardless, thanks if, and when, you can help. I'll go bug Sabrent too.

Never mind, you can ignore this post. Sabrent told me to RMA the unit.

Thanks anyway.
