Default Plugging in adaptor kills Wi-Fi Internet Speed

I'm running macOS Sierra (10.12.6) on 2015 MacBook pro laptop.

I have two USB 3.0 Display Adapters for two external Dell monitors.

I just downloaded the latest driver five minutes ago for OS X.

I can't get *ANYTHING* to download from the Internet (web pages, ANYTHING) to save my life, then as soon as I disconnect both Display Adapters then BANG! everything downloads. I won't work with even one adapter plugged into the 3.0.

What can I do to fix this, please?

Hi

I think this will be caused by USB 3.0 interference and is covered by this article:
