USB-1612 not working after auto-update of driver

I have a USB-1612 that has been working fine up until today when it requested the driver update. Now, the response is agonizingly slow when I try to use the second monitor. I have tried uninstalling the driver and have gone as far back as 7.03 with no success.

There have been no updates to Windows or other programs that might have conflicted. Running windows 7.
