Default DisplayLink on D3100, MacBook Pro Power-Off

Hi,

Not sure if this is the correct place, but I thought someone may be able to help me out.

I have set up a Dell D3100 with DisplayLink on my MacBook Pro. If I leave my laptop plugged in, after a while it powers off.

Is anyone aware of a setting to disable this? It is permanently plugged in to a power source, and I am losing data.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

Power management is not part of DisplayLink technology. Please reach out to the manufacturer of the docking station.

Best regards,
Katarzyna
