Default No Video With Targus Dock

I'm using a Macbook Air M1, 2020 on macOs Ventura 13.1 and I just started using a Targus USB-C Dual 4K UHD (DV4K) Universal Docking Station with 100W Power (DOCK190).

I have two samsung monitors plugged in via HDMI but whenever I open netflix.com or primevideo.com on either monitor or on the built in display, I get audio but no video - just a black screen. If I unplug the dock and use the laptop alone it works as it should.

I'm not sure if this is right forum for this this but I wasn't sure where else to post it. Thanks in advance for your assistance!
