Default D6000 only charging at 15W

Hey all, didn't know exactly where to put this because it involves both Mac and Windows. I have been using my D6000 dock with two monitors with my Dell Latitude 7420 with no problems for months, and a few days ago I tried to use it with another docking station (Mokin MOUC0408 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BFHDST3...p_mob_ap_share) to try to troubleshoot some unrelated display issues with a Macbook. I plugged the D6000 usb-c into the Mokin dock and the Mokin dock into the Macbook, and the laptop started charging as expected. But now the D6000 only charges at 15W when I reconnect it back to my Dell laptop. It seems like I have to trick the dock into outputting more power because I doubt it is a hardware problem (got D6000 new in June last year). I want to restore D6000 charging capability!

Hello,

Please make sure to upgrade the Dell firmware for the docking station to the latest version (A04): Dell Universal Dock (D6000/D6000S) Firmware Update Utility

The installation instructions are included in the link and please keep in mind that this can only be done in Windows. Also make sure to unplug all of the peripherals from the docking station while updating.
