Default M1 Macbook (Ventura) cannot find the docking station

Hi, I have been trying to connect my M1 macbook to 3 external displays with Totu docking station. I have checked that the docking station has DisplayLink technology inside (see the screenshot below (Subsosen 4K Graphic Docking)). I have also confirmed that Screen Recording is enabled for DisplayLink Manager. However, I am still seeing the following messages:

"No DisplayLink-enabled display detected"

"Please allow your DisplayLink device to connect to this Mac. After connecting accessory to this Mac via USB, a system prompt will appear. Please click "Allow" to ensure the device is working properly".

Could someone please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
