Angry Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Mini Dock plus two ASUS monitors

This update to include displaylink has rendered my screens completely unusable so I now cannot extend at all. I have tried resetting both the Mac management functionality and the displaylink app, but I cannot get it to work. Has anyone else managed to sort this? Pretty grumpy right now, tbh, as I am wasting time!

Hello,

The Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Mini (F4U098) is not a DisplayLink powered device. To be more specific - it does not have a DisplayLink chip built into it. Having said that, installing DisplayLink drivers will not provide any benefits as the driver needs a device that has DisplayLink chip built into it to communicate with it.

If you are using Mac with Apple Silicon (M1) chip please check this article: Thunderbolt 3 dock compatibility with M1 chip Mac computers

For further support of this product please contact Belkin directly.
