Default DisplayLink Manager 1.8.1 on MacBook Pro i7 = 90%+ CPU when watching YouTube

Hello everyone,

As the title reads, I have a MacBook Pro on a Quad-Core intel i7.

macOS - Ventura 13.4.1
DisplayLink Manager - 1.8.1

When focused on a browser window (Safari) with Youtube video playing, Youtube operates just fine. But everything outside of that window is choppy. When I unfocus from YouTube, say to check my Email or check my secondary internet browser, the video becomes choppy, sound works just the video portion will get to a point of freezing for a few seconds then back to choppy performance.

Once I pause the YouTube video, the CPU usage comes right back down to between 3% and 10% (never has actually touched 10%, always remained below).

This is powering three displays @ 3440 x 1440.
