Hum noise received from the dock dell ud22 to my audio interface

Hi . Im not sure if this is the right place to ask about my problem , with the hum noise I got from the dell ud22 to my thunderbolt audio interface .
I have buy 1 week now the ud22 dell and when I plug it in my MacBook Pro 2019 i9 , I have several problems .

1st the MacBook doesn't charge from the dock .
2nd and most critical , I have an awful hum noise to my audio interface when I'm connecting my synths to the ud22 dock via usb and then the dock to my MacBook . This doesn't happen when I directly connect the synths via usb to the MacBook without the dock . I have done everything as change power plug in , cables , usb cables etc , trying now 1 week to understand what happens and if this gonna be fixed . The problems are still the same .

Have any suggestions ?

I don't have experience with this product, but i think something like this might be helpful to resolve issue #2
