Default Problems with Linux Mint 19.x

I have 2 problems with DisplayLink 6000 and Linux Mint 19.x (I tried out 19.2 and 19.3).

The first Problem is that the DisplayLink driver randomly crashes cinnamon. Unplugging and plugging the DisplayLink or reboot solve the problem. All our developers have the same issue and it is annoying. What kind of logs do you need to help solving this issue? - We all have different laptops, BYOD

The second problem is with my mouse. I have a square behind the mouse which contains the content where it stands for a while. When I unplug the DisplyLink it is working fine.

Here are some information about my system:

What other informations do you need?

Kind regards
