D6000 Display Refresh issue Ubuntu

I have a D6000 dock, it works fine with Windows and Mac for two monitors. For Ubuntu, it connects with two monitors. However, the screen shows lines that keep disappearing. It looks like the screen is not refreshing properly. I tried switching to all refresh rates possible, switching from x11 to wayland but nothing seems to stop this refresh issue on external monitors when using Ubuntu. Could you please help to fix this problem
