Default Dell Latitude 6340U Ultrabook Dock Recommendation

I have currently have 10 Dell Latitude 6340U Ultrabook users using Targus ACP71USZ docking units. Every one of these users has reported serious issues with network connectivity, peripherals dropping, and screens going blank at one point or another.

I've addressed these issues over the last few months by updating DisplayLink/Display/USB3.0 drivers to the latest version, but the problems persist. I've also dealt with Targus support a few times, but that's going nowhere either, as they usually just have the same driver update suggestions.

At this point, I just need something that works, plain and simple. Most of these users are VP level or above, so you can imagine my frustration (as well as theirs!). Can anyone recommend a working solution? I realize that power through the dock might not be an option as it is on the Targus dock, but I can live with a separate power brick for the laptop if need be.

Default Feel free to contact me if you want to diagnose

Feel free to contact me if you want to diagnose, but beware, the first thing I will want to understand, is the version of the PC's drivers, especially the USB3.0 Host Controller and Display Adaptors. It is suggested that you run the service tag through the Dell support site to update drivers.
