Default D6000 Dock, Displayport not working.

Hey all,

I have a D6000 dock connected via USB-C to my Aero 15x v8.

Everything is working just fine except for the displayports on the dock. HDMI works just fine.

I'm not sure if this is a faulty dock or if it's some kind of compatibility issue with my monitors. I'm using Dell : S2716DGR monitors. I'm fully aware that getting 144hz and g-sync is kind of out of the question with these docks, but I would like SOME video at least. I also understand that I won't be able to power the PC due to the high power draw of the laptop.

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Can you send the logs for this so we can see what resolution and refresh rate we are trying to set on DisplayPort?

I would advise giving more details as initially asked by my colleague.
The likely cause is you have an out of spec monitor, too out of spec for the chip to handle.
That ended up being the case of the first monitor mentioned.
Kind regards,
