Angry Stop taking over the touch bar

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro with the Touch bar running Big Sur and DisplayLink Manager 1.0.0 (Build 54.71). Occasionally (I haven't been able to figure out how to reliably reproduce the issue), I'll see DisplayLink Manager icons on the touch bar. I never want this to happen. How can I prevent your software from showing up on the touch bar?
