Driver Downloaded but no Desktop App
Have a UG39DK1
Drivers downloaded are all up to date but no App is available on my laptop to access the dock. Is this available elsewhere? No CD came with the dock though according to the box there should have been one. |

Thank you for contacting us on the forum. The DisplayLink icon should be visible in your "show hidden icons" option if the software is installed. May you please check that and inform me if your device is working correctly? About the CD, please contact your retailer or manufacturer as DisplayLink provide technology to power up the device but do not design or sell any end user products. Best regards, Jakub
