Default Does 6950 Dock bypass laptop Nvdia GPU?

My notebook computer has both an Intel UHD Graphics 630 and Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050, and a 6950 Docking station connected via USB 3.0 Gen 1 C cable.

Both external monitors are connected to the Dock. One via Display Port and the other HDMI.

I want the benefits of the Nvidia 1050 graphics power. Is it passed through the 6950 to the external monitors (one or both?)?

Or, to get full use and speed of the Nvidia 1050, must the external monitor(s) need to be directly connected to the laptop's DP and HDMI ports?

Thanks!
