Blue screen error
When I load the latest version, I get blue screen when I get to login to Win 7 OS. I am using an HP Pavilion laptop, win 7 SP1, connected to HP USB Display Link hub. I was having no problems until I tried to use the latest 2 versions of the driver. Any help would be great - else I will go back to version 6.1 that was stable.
Thanks! |

Hi,
Got your logs thanks. Can you upgrade your AMD graphics and AMD USB3.0 host controller to the latest available? Let me know if the issue persists after that. Thanks, James |

yes - so far but I just had a hard reboot that crashed my system but never got a blue screen - just halted everything and did a hard reboot. Was running Tomcat server with Derby database, Firefox version 19 as well, Outlook. Not sure what caused it.

Still having problems with blue screen during bootup. I installed 7.31M - latest version. It seemed to run fine yesterday all day but today when I booted up I could get past blue screen. Disconnected USB HP hub and all is well. I have upgraded my graphic adapter and USB Host ctrlr to latest versions. Open for any more suggestions before I try to downgrade back to a version that worked with my config. I think it was pre 7.0.
Thanks! |
