Default WSVGA resolution (1024x600)

Hi,
I own a Xenarc 703TSP 7" Touchpanel TFT monitor which has a native resolution of 1024x600 pixels. If I drive the display through the onboard DVI port (with a DVI->HDMI adapter) the display shows me the desired resolution. If I drive the display through the displaylink adapter (club3d sensevision) the 1024x600 resolution cannot be longer selected in the windows display settings and the monitor shows me a 1024x768 resolution.

The video-driver I use is a Intel GMA 950.

Is there any way to force the 1024x600 resolution with the displaylink adapter?

Best Regards
Markus

Question Urgent help for displayinging 1024x600

Hello all,

I have a more interesting/serious case compared Markus's one. Please read through the whole post. I have two different external monitors which have the best resolution at 1024x600.

The first external monitor is manufactured by "Display Solution". It has built-in Displaylink hardware and it can display 1024x600 through USB.

The second external monitor support 1024x600 but with no Displaylink hardware. When I connect it to my Macbook Air 2013 via "VGA-thunderbolt adaptor", it can display 1024x600.
HOWEVER, when I connect it through a "USB-VGA Displaylink adaptor", it CANNOT display in 1024x600 (the closest one is 1024x768).

May anyone suggest a solutions which can allow the second monitor display 1024x600 via Displaylink powered USB adaptor?

Thank you for any replies.

Best regards,
Gary
