Default Touch pad scroll and pinch freeze on secondary screen

Setup :
DisplayLink docking station to the MacBook Air M2 (2023) with 2 DELL Monitors.
using the Mackbook air as my main keyboard and touchpad

Status & Scenario
- Mouse works OK
- Main screen works fins with touchpad
- Secondary screen - the touchpad scrolling do not work properly on the second screen
- scrolling freeze often - sometimes more than 1 sec freeze
- Pinch zooming extremely - no ability to do small zoom in or out as the zoom work in big steps - while small finger movement create a huge zoom
- when using a mouse on the same secondary screen - the scroll work perfectly and is smooth

MacBook Air M2 (2023)
macOS: Sonoma 14
DisplayLink Manager: Release: 1.09. build 148

Thank you

Issue found:
The display with the freezing rolling issue was setup with 165Hz refrash rate !
Setting it to 60Hz solved the issue.
Not sure if I set it up previously or it was its default....

Thank you ChatGPT lightening me with possible causes
And thank you forum for support!

Cheers,
Oren
