Hi,

I installed the display link software correctly. The service is running. When I install the USB device it makes the beep sound and says it is a mass storage device instead of a DisplayLink device. What am I doing wrong?

What DisplayLink device do you have? Sounds like it could be an old device with "Auto software install".

I just bought the Diamond Video Stream WPCTVPRO.

OK - this sounds like something outside of our video technology. The wireless link part of this product is not created by us. From the logs all I can see is that our chip is not being detected on the USB bus.

Have you installed the wireless USB drivers separately for this product? You can't just install the generic software from our website, as this will not install the wireless drivers.
