View Full Version : HP IQ500 dual screen stopped working after W10 upgrade

Dear Madam or Sir,
my all-in-one desktop PC used to work with an external monitor, through a USB station, but it stopped working after upgrade to W10.
I attach the logs and thank you in advance for trying to help me.

Hello,

Thank you for including the logs.
From them, I believe you are using the first generation HP video dock from about 2008.
Unfortunately, these do not work on the latest Windows 10 (http://support.displaylink.com/knowledgebase/articles/942862).
