I have two Dell Laptops, both with Thunderbolt ports. My Dell DisplayLink WD19 connects to my monitors and accessories. In order to switch between the laptops, I pull the DisplayLink Thunderbolt cable out of one laptop and plug it into the other. That works ok, but I would like to have a switch that will eliminate the need to keep switching the cable. Is there something that will do that and work with the DisplayLink?

Just search for DisplayLink KVM. There are a number of options out there that will work for your needs.

According to the information here --> https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/dell-wd19-130w-dock/overview the Dell WD19 dock does NOT use DisplayLink technology. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.
The WD19 docking station relies on USB Type-C VESA Alt Mode video output from the host computer in order to drive the dock-connected displays.
To the best of my knowledge, there is no type of hardware 'switch' that would allow you to 'share' the WD19 docking station between two computers.
