Not able to make it work on Mac Pro Mid 2015

I have a Mac Pro Mid 2015. I have 2 monitors, one through thunderbolt, one HDMI and Im trying to connect the third one via USB-HDMI adapter. I downloaded the software and I allowed the screen recording but it doesn't seem to recognize the third monitor.
Any ideas?

Can you please tell us what is the DisplayLink powered device that you are working with exactly?
Is it the USB-HDMI adapter that you mentioned?
If so, what is the brand and model if it?
