USB3-VGA seems install but don't recongnize anything

Hi everyone!

i've bought one USB3-VGA graphic adapter but when i install it, it installed but when i attached one monitor it doesn't work..the monitor stay blank and any icon tray seems not installed.
I've tried this graphic adapter with 3 different computer and with nvidia graphics card with update before 10 october of 2012.
Someone could say something about this problem?
The piece could be defective?

Thanks in advance!

If you still have issues please post the debug logs.

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Thanks - can you please install Service Pack 1 on your PC?
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/w...service-pack-1

Let me know if the issue persists after that.

Thanks,
James
