No Picture
 

My 2nd monitor is a Samsung 215TW, I can move my mouse off the edge of my primary monitor, so its like the extended desktop is there, just no video getting through to my 2nd monitor.

I tried to hook it up with both DVI and analog VGA cables, no picture with each one. Monitor is working as I hooked up as my primary monitor and was able to view my windows XP desktop. I tried using different USB ports off my work PC, all the ports on the back are USB 2.0
Green LED light is lit on the device.

Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up.
