Installing the latest USB 3.0 Host Controller...
Installing the latest USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver did not resolve the issue. But, removing the USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver DID fix the problem. Not really a 'fix', but the screens do not freeze...

LCD's freeze after just a few minutes of use with either one or two external LCD's connected.
