I am using a Targus DVI & HDMI dock, with my Dell Ultrabook 13. I use two Dell displays connected to the DisplayLink dock.

I am just curious if using more monitors will hurt my performance....

I am wondering if it's a problem that I have 2 entries in Device Manager under USB Display Adapters. One is DisplayLink, the other is Targus, the maker of my hub. Does this indicate conflicting...
