I have the same problem, My laptop Asus N55SF...
I have the same problem, My laptop Asus N55SF have USB 3.0 (2 ports) and USB 2.0 (2 ports also). My Targus are ACP70USZ and supports USB 3.0 but only works in USB 2.0 the driver of DisplayLink...
