Would you please be to follow the steps in the last link of my forum signature (
How to report issues to DisplayLink for a speedy resolution) to use our
Customer Support Tool which will create a ZIP file with diagnostic information?
You can then upload the zip file here as only DisplayLink employees can download them.
From the data, I will be able to see which rule is hanging. We also have a way to override the compatibility checker if we need to.
We do this check as we prefer to refuse to install on incompatible configuration instead of risking creating machine crashes.
