I tried different resolutions and refresh rates. When I tried two monitors with non-DisplayLink docks, It worked without lag. So the verdict is that the Macbook PRO M4 will work naturally with Two monitors, not with 3. Even if you use DisplayLink, it seems to work with unusable lag.

I tried all the latest version of DisplayLink drivers and managers, the mouse and keyboard lag did not go away
The only solution is to buy a MacBook Pro M4 Max, which by default supports three external monitors without a DisplayLink dock
