I tried the below docs . This issue is not related to Dock it is related to displaylnk
4URPC USB C Docking Station 3 Monitors with 120W Power Adapter, Displaylink Docking Station 3 HDMI for MacBook, Windows, and Chrome with USB C(3 HDMI, 5 USB, Ethernet, SD/microSD) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DKF5DDLM...fed_asin_title Plugable USB C Triple Display Docking Station with Laptop Charging for Thunderbolt, USB4, or USB C Systems, Compatible with Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS laptops (3x HDMI, 6x USB 5Gbps Ports, 100W USB PD) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DDH5CPW...fed_asin_title Minisopuru DisplayLink Triple Display Docking Station for MacBook M1/M2/M3/M4/Windows, DisplayLink Docking Station with 2 HDMI & 2 DisplayPort,100W Charge, USB-C Data, Ethernet, Audio,4 USBA Ports https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BJ28RQ2N...fed_asin_title AUIMCE Mac Docking Station Dual Monitor 2 HDMI for MacOS and USB C Port Windows Systems Laptop, Up to 4K/60Hz, Implement MST Display for MacBook Pro/Air and Hp Lenovo Dell Android Laptops I tried different resolutions and refresh rates. When I tried two monitors with non-DisplayLink docks, It worked without lag. So the verdict is that the Macbook PRO M4 will work naturally with Two monitors, not with 3. Even if you use DisplayLink, it seems to work with unusable lag. The details are there in Apple website. https://support.apple.com/en-us/101571 I tried all the latest version of DisplayLink drivers and managers , the mouse and keyboard lag did not go away Last edited by vpkraja; 03-11-2025 at 09:19 PM. |
