I tried the below docs . This issue is not related to Dock it is related to displaylnk

AUIMCE Mac Docking Station Dual Monitor 2 HDMI for MacOS and USB C Port Windows Systems Laptop, Up to 4K/60Hz, Implement MST Display for MacBook Pro/Air and Hp Lenovo Dell Android Laptops

I tried different resolutions and refresh rates. When I tried two monitors with non-DisplayLink docks, It worked without lag. So the verdict is that the Macbook PRO M4 will work naturally with Two monitors, not with 3. Even if you use DisplayLink, it seems to work with unusable lag.

The details are there in Apple website.
https://support.apple.com/en-us/101571

I tried all the latest version of DisplayLink drivers and managers , the mouse and keyboard lag did not go away
