Hello DisplayLink Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue where my DisplayLink dock is no longer detected on macOS, although the exact same setup previously worked correctly on another Mac. Environment Mac: MacBook Air 13" (Apple M4, 2025) macOS: Sequoia 15.7.3 DisplayLink Manager: Latest version (downloaded from DisplayLink website) Dock: DisplayLink 4K dock (labelled “DisplayLink 4K” on the device) Connection: USB-C (same cable and port as when it previously worked) Symptoms - The dock charges the Mac correctly - External monitors connected to the dock are not detected -DisplayLink Manager launches but shows: “Please connect your DisplayLink device” - The DisplayLink device does appear in System Report → USB - Other (non-DisplayLink) adapters using DP Alt-Mode work correctly on the same Mac for only one screen Troubleshooting already done - Uninstall (even using the official uninstaller), restart computer, reinstalled DisplayLink Manager multiple times - Restarted / logged out of macOS Verified and re-approved permissions: - Screen + audio recording - Accessibility Request Could you please advise on: - Known issues with macOS Sequoia 15.x and DisplayLink USB enumeration Any logs, diagnostics, or beta drivers you recommend for Sequoia |
