Just hooked up ASUS USB dock, and installed 8.1 drivers. Seems to work fine. However, I can't get the dock to recognize both external monitors. I have 2 external monitors, but they are both being identified as 2, instead of 1 (laptop), 2, and 3.
I'm not sure it this is DisplayLink driver issue, or Windows 8.1 issue. Any ideas? |

Hi,
It sounds like they are mirroring each other, rather than both of them extending the notebook display. What does the taskbar based DisplayLink UI say? Thanks, James |

I've been through the display setting, and it only detects 1 external display. However, both externals show the same thing. One is VGA and the other is DVI, an they both show a 2 when "identified". So, the extend is going to the laptop, as I have the external as the main. Same thing occurs with laptop as main ... both externals are the same display. The USB doesn't recognize them as being different ports.

Do you have an email address I can send the logs to? I'd rather not post them in a public forum.
