Dell xps 13, Monitors not recognized

Hi all,

I have a Dell xps 13, connected to a Targus ACP70EU, the Ethernet and USB ports are working but windows 8 don' t recognize the 2 monitors.

I have the latest software, and also update the firmwire. I have reinstall windows 8 also, then it work for a few days, and we have the same problem.

In the attach Files the result of the debug tool.

I hope you can help me whit this!

ICTehe,
It does appear that the associated drivers are up to date, or close enough, but there is a newer graphics driver available from Intel https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...adType=Drivers. If Ethernet and Audio are working, but no the external graphics you may want to try it.
If this doesn't fix it, then have the dock exchanged for a replacement.
