Default Jsaux FlipGo Pro in DualView on macOS: bottom monitor has no signal on an M2 Mac Mini

I have installed the latest driver: DisplayLinkManager-1.12.4-90

I am running macOS Sequoia 15.5 on an Apple M2 Pro Mac Mini.

When I activate the DuoViews mode of the FlipGo Pro, the bottom screen of the JSAUX FlipGo Pro has no signal (screen is black).

I am connected to the correct port via a USB-C cable.

Can you help me get DuoViews connected (I should be able to view 3 screens at the same time: my main monitor, the top monitor of the FlipGo and the bottom monitor of the FlipGo)

Best,

Hello haphazard44,

Please make sure the FlipGo Pro is receiving sufficient power.
You can try unplugging and replugging the USB-C cable or restarting your Mac with the FlipGo connected.

Additionally, please confirm that the FlipGo Pro has the latest firmware installed.

If the issue persists, consider running the End-User Cleaner Tool to reinstall DisplayLink app.
If the bottom screen still won’t light up after these steps, we recommend contacting JSAUX support to verify DuoViews compatibility and any device-specific requirements.
