After I downloaded the drive and connected everything, the monitors do not connect. The monitors just stay blank. Please advise. |

Based on the analysis via support, it has been concluded that most likely the problem is with the hardware, so no software updated can address this situation - I'm afraid we won't be able to help in this case. That was the last reply message from technical support: Quote:
