Problems with monitors fluttering and fuzziness
I just installed my new Diamond 3.0 USB dual video device and installed the software. I also went to the website and installed the Windows 8.1 update.
I have 2 issues that I need your help on. I am running Windows 8 on my laptop. I am using 2 ViewSonic 1080P 24" displays. 1.) When waking up my PC., the PC goes a series of installing USB device and usually gets an error message. 2.) While in Outlook, Excel, Word, Websites or just my desktop my screen goes fuzzy or it flutters to a point I cant read the letters. |
