Hi,
I am having multiple issues with Displaylink service falling over and causing no NIC connection (NIC LEDs on), no USBs working and no external DVI display. I am using Windows 7 64 bit with latest USB drivers, system drivers and latest Display Link 7.4 drivers, latest firmware etc. The issue is sporadic and very intermittent and I have run the Display Link support tool to gather logs. Can someone guide me through the process of submitting these logs for analysis please? Many Thanks, Gary Edit: Just uploaded log files, if someone could help me please?
