Any help is greatly appreciated!
Previously, I'd had a perfectly functional setup as follows: Display 1 attached to VAVA hub via HDMI, hub to USB-C on laptop Display 2 attached directly to laptop, displayport to USB-C I received a new laptop (Macbook Air M2, Sequoia 15.0.1) from work and was suddenly only able to utilize one display at a time. I've tried every connection I can, including currently simply plugging each monitor directly to the USB-C ports. When attached separately, each monitor works regardless of what port is used or the manner of connection. Nothing besides the new laptop has changed. The displays are identical LG monitors, a few years old, that worked perfectly as dual extended displays previously. I've tried power cycling and the displaylink support tool, but it seems the monitors are no longer detected as displaylink devices...? Using DisplayLink Manager 1.11.0. I am at a loss and hoping someone here might be able to help me solve this. |
