Our current Mac drivers don't risk resolutions not supported by the display. The best solution would be to get a DisplayLink based product that supports the display native resolution: 1920x1200.
you're correct-- after looking the max resolution for the monitor is 1920x1200. when will the display link driver support this resolution?

when i purchased the display link based solution i own there were no list of supported resolutions so I assumed it would behave like any other video card and support any resolution the monitor supports up to a maximum. this is a bit disappointing.
