Shortly after I sent the original issue, the monitor connected to display link hardware started working. Not sure what I did to fix it. Yesterday, it quit working again and I have not been able to fix it. I have gone through what you suggested and ensured that software is installed and recognized. I ran your debug tool and have attached the zip file. Please take a look and let me know if you have suggestions.

I see you have another mirror driver installed:
Graphics: DameWare Development Mirror Driver (DameWare Development) This seems to be causing issues with us trying to install our mirror driver. Could you try uninstalling this and see if it fixes the issue? Thanks Wim |
