Hi,

Can you run through the troubleshooting guide here:
http://www.displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=896

Regrading the install issues - were the devices coming up with a yellow exclamation mark against them in device manager?

If so please try the following steps:

Right click on device in device manager
Select Driver
Select Update Driver
Select Browse my computer for driver software
Select Browse
Enter C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\
Check Include subfolders
Select Next

Thanks,
James

Hi,

Thinking about it the application issues might be graphics driver related so I'd recommend obtaining the latest graphics driver for your systems.

Thanks,
James

Thanks JamesH,
the main issue i had after updating the Displaylink drivers was the missing network and audio driver, which are now installed after pointing them to the directory : C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\

many thanks for your help, i have a few of our users retesting their software again to see if they are expirencing any othwer problems.

Thank you
