Works on XP, but not on Vista?!

Understood - please run through these steps:

1. Disconnect the adapters
2. Uninstall any DisplayLink software
3. Run the cleaner tool from here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297
4. Install the latest Windows Vista Service Pack (v2):

5. Install the latest graphics drivers for your PC
6. Install DisplayLink software v7.3M0 from here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
7. Connect your adapters
