Updated to 7.3 and still having issue.

Default Same issue

Hi,

We have the same issue with some user.
While the laptop is connected to the station, and while working, the main screen (not the laptop screen) suddenly goes black "entering power safe mode". It comes back to normal after a while.

Display Link driver : DisplayLink_7.3M1
Laptop: Dell XPS 13 - L322X
Docking Station:sd3000v

I'll run the tool "DisplayLink Support Tool.exe" and give the log file Monday, if you can fix this in the next release of the driver that will be great because we've a lot of user with this kind of docking station.

Default Issue Previously Reported Here

BSOD is no longer an issue but the docks continuing to restart is. Given the number of posts I've read today with apparently the same issue across multiple vendors and platforms.

In some cases disabling power management for USB HUB seems to resolve the issue, are you actively working on a permanent fix?
