USB3 HDD docking station not recognized on HP 3005pr

Actually I have two USB3 external HDD enclosures. The other one is an Orico (might be less reliable), however, its shows exactly the same behavior as the Sharkoon. And as I already mentioned, when I connect these devices directly to the USB3 port of my laptop, they both function properly. So it must be an issue of the 3005pr.

All other functions of the 3005pr perform well.
